Condition:
Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times. 
It comes with NO rod cover. 
Some light marks on the blanks/reel seat/trigger and other parts. 
Some aging/marks on the cork grips/guide wrappings. 
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
