Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover.
Some aging/marks on the guide wrappings/grip/reel seat.
Some light scratches/marks on the blanks and other parts.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
