Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times. 
Comes with NO rod cover. 
Some light marks/scratches on the blanks/grips and other parts. 
Some marks/aging on the guide wrappings. 
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
