Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover. 
Some cracks/marks on the grip end. 
Some light scratches/marks on blanks/trigger/grips and other parts. 
Aging/marks on the guide wrappings.
The specs print on the blanks is rubbed off.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
