Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times. 
Comes with NO rod cover. 
Some light scratches on the blanks/butt end and other parts. 
Aging/scratches on the guide wrappings. 
Light marks/hook hole on the EVA grips. 
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
