Rank C: No problem to use but some marks of using many times.
Comes with NO rod cover.
Some light scratches/marks on the guides/blanks/reel seat/grip end and other parts.
Light scratches/marks on the grips.
Light aging on the guide wrappings.
No shaking with all guides and couldn't find any damage causing rod break in our bending/swinging test.
